At first, it hurts being thrown away like a candy wrapper by the people you trusted as very best friends. Then you feel like a free bird, cause now I got no more reason to feel guilty when you do something foolish. No one to see when you make a mistake, no one to laugh at you when you feel corny. Just yourself and your own hide. I mean, I still got a handful of buddies, but nothing's better than letting out all your troubles to the one person who knows you from the inside out: yourself.
